Gina Heathcote is Professor of Public International Law at Newcastle University (UK) and with research spanning feminist methodologies, international law, collective security and the international law of the sea.
Her most recent monograph is titled, Feminist Dialogues on International Law: successes, tensions, futures (OUP 2019). She is co-editor, with Vanja Hamzic, of the Routledge Series on Feminist and Queer International Law. Her forthcoming book is titled The International Law of the Sea: a Feminist Analysis (Routledge 2025).
