INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS

DURATION OF PRESENTATIONS

  • Agora and Fora sessions last 1 hour 30 minutes. Each speaker is given 15 minutes for their presentation, followed by a 45 minute discussion and Q&A session.
  • The keynote session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes, commencing with 10 minutes of the introduction of the participants. 45 minutes are allocated to the keynote speaker and the remaining 25 minutes for discussion with 10 minutes closing and Q/A.

The chair will moderate follow-up questions and timing.

Technical room set-up

  • Projector with a screen / or TV
  • Laptop with Microsoft Office
  • Laser pointer / clicker
  • Tabletop microphone on the speaker’s podium
  • Timer

Presentation preparation and submission

All presentations shall be prepared using Power Point software. Preferable format: 16:9.

All authors shall bring their power point presentations on USB directly to the respective conference room at least 30 min before the start of the session or earlier and hand it to volunteer present at the conference room.

During the conference

Power Point presentation will be opened by volunteers. If you have questions before your presentation, please contact the volunteers in the conference room.
